They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. dr james moller falls church va.This practice is a Fraud !!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They charged me $7200.00 around 3 years ago to make porcelain crown for me. I told them I was moving to Cali so I needed to make sure all is set before I move. They used this information to make crappy crowns and no matter how unhappy I was with the crowns they told me they would put them in my mouth temporarily for a week to adjust. As soon as I left their office they refused to admit to the mess and they refused to give me an appointment and they refused to see the problem. I ended up going to specialists and proving the problem. Then they confessed that they used permanent cement and taking these crowns was going to be hell. They played game after game and time came for me to move and then, they promised me a refund and so far no refund after 3 years. I hired a lawyer but long distance was not going to work with this $$. Do not trust them Moller is the master of FRAUD !!
They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
I met with Dr. Moller. I have never been worried about a dentist doing something in my mouth before this. He hardly did any cleaning, and said I had to see his "friend", a specialist (periodontist). The periodontist did not clean my teeth, and then told me to go back to Dr Moller since there was nothing he needed to do. He charged me $145 that insurance would not pay, to simply tell me that Dr. Moller had no reason to send me there. What a scam. Will not be going back to this dentist.
