I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I had Dr Hansen make dentures for me. They broke in half less than a year later. I went back to the office and they said it was not their problem because Dr. Hansen retired and someone else had taken over the office. I have had to go back to wearing my 10 year old dentures because the ones I bought there were not worth a crap!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They caused damage to other teeth. We had an understanding on payment for a crown, and they didn't honor that.
