They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
