i would give her office less than a star if i could, these people are crooks!!! i called to schedule an emergency appointment, but before i did, i called my insurance company to get in network providers, they gave me her number, i asked the lady scheduling my appointment if there were in network with my insurance and was told that they were, i went for my first appointment and was scheduled for surgery the following week, i was asked to pay my portion per my insurance benefits for my surgery, which i did. one day before my surgery the front desk lady called me and informed me that the contract with my insurance co was canceled before my first appointment and i would have to pay more for the first appointment and the surgery, i told her i wanted to cancel the surgery, she put me on hold, dr stacy test herself came on the line and informed me that they would accept what i had already been quoted and they would write off the difference... well several months go by and i started to recieve statements, i called and the was told that the conversation i had with dr test never happened and i needed to pay. I WOULD IN NO WAY RECOMMEND GOING HER TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!
