Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. While they were cleaning my teeth, they kept rinsing my mouth with ridiculously cold water. It was a horribly cold shock every few minutes. When I left my appointment, my gums didn't stop bleeding for quite a while. They should have been more careful while they were flossing my teeth. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was pretty uncomfortable. It made my procedure even more unbearable and I couldn't wait until it was over.
