Front desk staff mostly is rude, if your child is having a bad day while you are there having an appointment for one you will be asked to leave or wait elsewhere. My family and I have been going here a while now and both my child and I were to be seen while my youngest child did not want to sit and started screaming every now and then. I was told that my child was making other children scared. They acted like children had never been in there before and I didn't want her down in their things and I needed to be there with my other child who was sedated. It's not like I could've left my child in the car or with a stranger or let my other drive his own (under 10) self to the dentist. Kinda made me feel like between a rock and hard place and as if they did not want me to be there or be seen. So looking for another dentist, and if you have small ones I would suggest not going here because on their not so great (whiny) days they will not see you or your child..You will be asked to go else where like I was told. Considering I live 30 miles one way of this place it was a waste of time, gas, and to take my son out of school early for no reason.
