Staff friendly enough.....they over drugged son for having wisdom teeth pulled.....he could not even walk afterwards....was hallucinating when we got him home, he thought one arm was longer than the other....and they over charged us tremendously. Said they would call and check on him in 2 hours.....which they did not call for nearly 6 hours later. I would definately recommend you check out other places first before using this place.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. I found it odd that I never got to meet the surgeon until the day of surgery and this was my teenage son having the procedure! I would have liked him to be a part of the initial visit. This made the whole process generic! The day of surgery the nurse went above & beyond. I also found it odd that there is no follow-up appt. For the price that you pay, this should be included. I felt like although the staff was nice, they were trying to get in as many patients as possible to make money instead of focusing on the individual needs of the patient. Many of their answering questions took place in the form of a video & papers handed to you. I need more one on one.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
