Never go to this dentist! I have to have four crowns RE-DONE! My bite is off and causing pain. I only went to him at the advice of a "loved" one. Big mistake! Now it's going to cost me more money. Oh Joy! Going back to my former dentist. He may be more expensive, but I NEVER have to have work re-done. WHAT A QUACK!

I get it, mistakes do happen but it is how you deal with them and his staff does not deal with them very well. I had an appointment for myself and three kids on 3 separate days, no problems with the kids appointment but when it came to mine - oops we don t know who you are? What? I was just here with 3 kids.

The receptionist had that condescending you must have made a mistake, not us attitude. Later I found out it was their mistake as they booked my wife in my time slot and then canceled it. They never even apologized for their mistake.

Might be a great dentist, but they lost 5 patients because of the attitude of the staff.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, it was downright irritating!
