The assistant is very friendly and helps out with what she can. When i went in i was not told that Dr. Gary Bourgoeis was not going to be seeing me. My Insurance has paid their part of the bill and they owe me a refund. Unfortunately it has been a pain trying to get my refund of $400. It has been over 5 months since the Insurance has paid and i have not yet received any refund nor do i get any call backs. I have gone to their office which i live far from twice to try to resolve the situation as well as many calls and not once have they resolved anything. I keep getting the run around and keep getting told the Dr. is sick and hasnt been in the office. 5 months? So if you have the cash to spend go for it the staff is awesome but beware because if your insurance pays and you are owed a refund, you wont be seeing it any time soon. PS when you go in to the office you dont get told that the Dr. who's practice is name is under is not going to see you but an assistant who is not even mentioned no where in the building.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
