This is a Horrible dentist office. I brought my daughter to see Dr. Balbino and his bed side manners are some thing to be ashamed about, I was told that I was not aloud to be in the room with him while he was working on my daughter and that he is a Dentist that does not believe in giving a child anything for pain and that if they scream and yell that is ok with him. When I told him I was not ok with that he got nasty with me and told me that I was one of those parents. When I entered the office I could her a child screaming and I should have used my mommy intuition and left. My daughters Ex-Ray's showed no signs of cavities and Hygienist used a tool that told if she had any cavities, when she was done she gave me the clear and said she didn't have any cavities but that the Dentist had the final say. He of course came straight in and said she had 2 cavities that needed him to fill. Hmmmm.... I received a second opinion nope no Cavities!! Please do not put your child ( and yourself) threw the stress of seeing this Dentist there are so many other ones out there.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
