Great customer service and patient care. Found my dental home for my whole family for life. One of my favorite things about this practice is that they have specialists right there, and we don’t have to go anywhere else.

I was given an estimate of services prior to and on the day of services. I paid my amount due. Then a bill was sent A MONTH LATER saying I owed $400!!! Metlife Dental confirms the charges are against the policy of the contract they have with the dentist however Omni continues to send bills threatening to ding my credit score if I don't pay. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. READ REVIEWS FROM OTHERS ON YELP AND YAHOO.
My scaling procedure began with a periodontist but minutes later was taken over by a hygienist. Yet they charge me the prices of a periodontist procedure for all four quadrants. The periodontist excused herself by saying she had a conflicting appointment and had to leave!
The 'accountant' is less than helpful and does not seem to understand their contract with Metlife enforces them to charge only procedures Metlife has approved and were informed of prior to the procedure.
There is absolutely no parking except by the dumpsters of another building.
