It is so refreshing to see a dentist and staff that you can tell truly cares about their patients. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special. Dr. Dan is the best dentist I have ever seen. As pain free as it gets.

My daughter only 18 months had a ear infection and need to see a dentist ASAP. Being a single mother is hard, but even harder when you have a sick child and experience a bad health care provider.
As if being on medicaid isn't hard enough when you need to find a provider. This place was actually refered by the Texas Human Health and Services- The girl at the front counter who claimed to be the supervisor up front was rude from the moment I walked in. I showed up an hour early and instead she was more concerned with the phone rather than checking me in and answering my questions. She snappily declined my appointment and told me if I did not have the proper documentation ( insurance) then I would have to set a appointment next month. I had to drive all the way to north Austin stand in line to get a temporary medicaid card and drive all the way back south Austin just to make it to the appointment time.
when I arrived she refused to see my daughter- and would not give me a reason- she claimed they had the right to refuse service- and a DR. DAN can refuse anyone.
I was very upset at this point- my daughter is sick- I was bringing her in as a new patient, and then to get the run around and no sympathy.
Come on DR.DAN- how can you be in dentistry, accept medicaid, offer periodontist work and not care for a 18 month little girl whom needs to see a dentist.

What happened to the good o'l customer service? How do people keep jobs and business afloat like this?

The girl at the front obviously has some power issues- I would think twice about letting her run my dentistry into the ground.
