STOP READ ME!! I made an appointment as soon as a tooth of mine broke, needing a temporary then a crown. When calling to make the appointment I made the receptionist aware of my situation. I was unable to get an appointment for two weeks. When I made it to the appointment the dental hygienist was rude and insulted the looks of my teeth.

It was then time for Dr. Lyndi Smart to examine me, she was rude and impatient from the get go. I reiterated what I thought she was telling me about my treatment to make sure I was understanding her correctly. Evidently I was misunderstanding her. Instead of calmly re-explaining the treatment to me in a way I could understand she got rude, huffy and no explanation was given. Not to mention I was needing a temporary (as I mentioned before I had told the receptionist) I was told I would have to make another appointment. Therefore this appointment just ate up my insurance money and no relief was given.

If you've been to the dentist before with a problem similar to mine you would know that a good dentist would do everything they can to have you looking presentable when walking out the door. Dr. Lyndi Smart did nothing of the sort, all she did was waste my money. There is no way I would ever go back to Lyndi, EVER!

If you read her other reviews (there are other reviews that aren't on yelp) you will see it's hit and miss with her. She's either nice and receptive or rude and unhelpful. If you like to gamble go see Lyndi, it will definitely be a crapshoot. I would not waste my money.
