They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
