Dr. Williams has done an excellent job in succeeding Dr. Ackerson, is very well trained, personable, competitive in his charges, and very concerned about his patients. When it was needed, an emergency visit was arranged in a very timely fashion. Dr. Williams presents multiple options that are available for various conditions, their respective costs, pros and cons of each, whether a service is needed imminently or can be deferred and an estimate of the length of deferring without possibly serious consequences. He has never attempted to sell me services or enhancements that are not necessary and is extremely ethical.
The staff are very courteous, professional, easy to get along with, and also quite concerned with patients, both medically and on a personal level - without ever attempting to be nosy.
In conclusion, I feel virtually certain that Dr. Ackerson could have sold his practice (upon his retirement) to a great number of younger dentists, but a person of character, integrity and family values were of utmost importance to him, and I am pleased with his choice.
I would feel certain that Dr. Williams has easily retained a high percentage of Dr. Ackerson's patients.
