The billing department is hateful and does not return phone calls. They make you feel like you are a problem. They do not let you explain and really do not want to help you resolve anything. They don't care if you tell them you are not coming back they will tell you okay. I will never visit this business again. I just wonder if the dentist knows how the patients are treated when they call about billing.
