However, since this post was anonymous, we unfortunately cannot contact you directly to respond to any of the issues raised. We have asked our staff, but no one can recall any patient with the circumstances that are presented. We strive to provide the very best orthodontic service to all of our patients. All appointments made for the convenience of the office - not you, the client. Certain things are only done on certain days at certain times - only convenient if you have neither school nor employment. After spending thousands, I would not recognize either of the doctors if I were to see them in public. Although not entirely their fault - my child's braces stayed on months longer than initially planned, and then it took them so long to make a retainer the teeth had shifted and it didn't fit, so we had to go in again for another one - which was cheap, flimsy and poorly made. Needless to say, it broke - but they did recognize it was not due to misuse and replaced it free of charge. I am giving one star based on that and the fact that the office staff was always pleasant. Other than that, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend.
