Had major tooth pain in one of my wisdom teeth. Set up a consultation in April and they set up an appointment about 5 weeks later to have my tooth pulled. I show up to the dentist office still in pain and the dentist tells me he does not feel comfortable pulling my tooth. Now I have to go through another consultation and then after that schedule another time to have my tooth pulled again. Still in pain I had all these extra weeks! To top it off I get a bill from Coastal Cosmetic for the consultation that they said their dentist would do the work but refused. When I called and complained they said I was being billed for dentist time. What a joke!

Total crooks! They create new problems you did not walk in with in the first place and then want to charge you several thousand dollars for problems THEY caused. Stay away.
