If you are looking for Dental Services for the entire family, this is definitely the place! My entire family gets services from Advanced Dental Center. They are the best in this area of South Carolina. We have gone to many different dentist office and we've finally found one that is kid friendly and family oriented. The staff is very polite, kind and they explain everything to you. We see Dr. Hess and is very professional, very patient, and he takes his time to answer any questions that you may have....he doesn't rush in and rush out.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Dr lAllen is more interesting in money than he is in patient care. Dr.Allen recomends procedures you don't need, and if you question him he gets angry. Would not send records to my doctor as if he had something to hide. He gives the dental profession a bad name. It is not all about what procedure can i do on you to help my bottom line. How he looks himself in the mirror i don't know. I should have reproted him to the dental board, but feel it will catch up with him.
