Ridiculous problems with billing. I was provided with 5 minutes or less of service after a very long wait. YEARS after the fact they are saying the insurance denied the claim... the insurance company has no record of any claim even being filed. They've been calling my family members and emergency contact and when I call back they never return my calls. I have gotten one email in response which was written in completely incoherent English. No capitals, no spaces between words, colloquial abbreviations. Extremely unprofessional.
