My son was in agony. I had the last appt. of the day. I was traveling over an hour to get there. There was an accident on 61. I made it to the office 5 minutes late. I am not exaggerating, literally 5 minutes late. This was the last apt of the day. Dentist and receptionist are husband and wife. They told me I would have to the time I was hobbling with a walker, learning to walk again after a neurological disease, and my son was in agony from his toothache, we were just 5 minutes late for what was their last apt of the day, and they would not see him. they were very nasty and rude too. I was in tears and begged the dentist to see him. He told me I did not respect his time and so he would not respect mine. He would not listen to the face it was an accident on 61 and said 5 minutes is a lot when it is HIS time. I am still in shock, I was never treated this way by a medical professional, or any professional.

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. Their office was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. When I called they answered right away. They were very accommodating and courteous. It was obvious that they care for their patients and their patients' oral health.
