They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
