They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When going in the staff was nice, they sat me back in the seat and we waited for Doc. Campbell to come in, Well he arrives he says nothing to me as if im not even there, except "open" noth even five seconds of looking into my mouth he says you have "this, this and this, then billed me for the appointment. Well on my way out they have this chapstick with his name on it, I asked may I have one, he took a deep sigh in (very rudely) said I guess. I never went back to him, in fact I went to another dentist and he said theres NO way he could of told all that (from the notes written in my file, which I had transferred)just from looking into your mouth...He was the closest Denist around me but after that I willing drove to Oil City (about an half an hour away) to go to Dr DaShong. Dr. DaShong was farther away, and not to mention more expensive but I he treated me like I was aleast human, I was very happy with my visit at Dr. Dashongs office. I honestly believe 1 star is too high of a rating for Campbell but since theres nothing lower it will have to do...
