The front desk person is very mean when I called,I should of just not went. Then when I show up she was reading something like a little nook book,then she got nasty told me to sit down. Then 5 minutes later ask me if I was new patient,boy got me real mad then. Then when I was doing the paper work she tells me the doctor is not here yet,that she running later if I mind staying so I did. Guess the doctor was short staff and seem to be over work for some reason. Never really address the problem I have,doctor kept going on about other things,so no happy about that. Then when I got the work done,went to check out the front desk lady again,nasty again and said I don't know nothing about your ins and they will send me a bill. The front desk lady told me that before I went back that she got all the information about the ins and everything is fine. So between the Doctor and front desk I will never go again,due to doctor later,also many other things. The front desk knows nothing about ins and also very nasty to the patient. Very Poor Office!
