I do not recommend Dr Fagundes. She charged me $7,000 for a service that gave me no benefit, was very stressful, ruined my sleep, and which she admittedly did not fully understand how to administer. This service was the Vivos method palette expansion, which she and others in her office told me “would change my life”. It did indeed, but not for the better. I wore the device dutifully every night and several hours a day for almost a year, although it was miserable. During this time I experienced both the worst sleep and the worst health of my life. Apparently many people have benefited from this procedure, but it is clearly not for everyone. Although Dr Fagundes saw me every 6 weeks she was unable to determine that the procedure was not working for me. While she gave me lots of information about the importance of sleep as part of her sales pitch, she did not pay attention to my sleep disturbance at all during my treatment. After a year of terrible sleep and terrible health I asked for a review of my progress and it was determined that none of the benefits I was hoping for were occurring. All that suffering and money spent for nothing! At this point Dr Fagundes consulted a senior colleague, after which she told me she had probably been too aggressive in her treatment. I do not recommend Dr Fagundes as a care provider. I don’t trust her to follow through on her claims or effectively monitor patient progress. She sold me expensive treatment she was not expert enough to do well. If you want to be treated with care and receive value for your money, don’t go to Fagundes.

Excellent care provided by a professional staff. Patient here for two years. I highly recommend Dr Fagundes and her staff.
