Dr. Saleh established Optima Dental in Lake Oswego in 2001. Since its inception, Optima Dental has come a long way. Our second Portland office was established in 2011 in the Pearl District.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I will start off saying that I am in the medical profession.
I had a Partial crown done with oral sedation, I sat in his chair for 8.5 hrs with my mouth jammed open, while he saw other patients and kept coming in and out of the room as my mother sat there and watched in astonishment.

Received a bill yesterday saying I owed money from 2008, which I never even received a bill to begin with. The lady stated they hired someone new and were reviewing old charts (probably because he is such a bad dentist he is hurting for money) When I asked if I could make payments, she said no we will send you to collections (which in fact is against the law to do that if you are making payments)

Worst dentist and office staff.

Oh and the office staff tells there friends to publish reviews on this website, so don't be fooled by the so called great comments.
