My 77 yr old husband has been a patient of Dr Goldsmith since he first started practicing in SW Oklahoma City. Dr Goldsmith is a very genuine and compassionate man and he has always been available whenever he was needed until recently. My husband has lost a lot of his top teeth and Dr Goldsmith was able to build a network of teeth for him. On Dec 21 my husband started having a terrible toothache and called the office. The staff was not very sympathetic and would not consult Dr Goldsmith about working him in. They gave him an appointment for Dec 27 which means he will be having a horrible Christmas.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
No, but I was able to read a magazine
