They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
