The staff is always friendly, especially the dental assistants. However, Dr. Merrill wanted to replace some older fillings I had that he said were "failing". I had to pain prior to the fillings being replaced. However, a root canal, crown and 2 antibiotics later, I am still in pain. My teeth have shifted a bit too since and flossing gets caught on the rough fillings that were just put in. I will miss the polite staff, but have to change to a different office after this unfortunate experience.
