I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. When I was calling around for a doctor after I broke my front tooth, I knew Dr. Czaruk was the dentist for me. It was after hours, I was calling the office phone number and I was expecting to just leave a message and they would call me back. But Dr. Czaruk himself answered the phone! He immediately put me at ease.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. They were happy to answer all my questions. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.
