Extremely cold, rude office help. You are not greeted when you walk in and they are seemingly annoyed that you are there. The doctor is not very friendly either, apparently it trickles down from the top. While having my procedure done, I felt the tugging of my tooth as it was being pulled (never had this happen before) and said "oh god" and the charming dentist says, "oh god, what???? YOU SHOULDNT BE FEELING ANYTHING" After the procedure, I was given care instructions, a piece of gauze to bite on, ushered into a hallway, presented with the bill, and ushered out a side door into the parking lot. Really the most horrible experience ever. There are so many good and great oral surgeons in this area, why would you go here? When I went back to get stitches out, no one asked how I was feeling etc. Really poor customer service, a very cold uncaring feeling. NEVER AGAIN
