This place was deceptive from the start. I am a NYC public school teacher with UFT insurance, whenI asked did they take my insurance they replied they took it. Not only did they say they honored it the receptionist said " You have really good insurance" with a smile. $500 hundred and some dollors later I find they were out of network and were basically offering a discount on their services. They dental hygentist did a great job but after when I asked about the charges they make excuses about a lot of add on charges. I had to call the UFT and look at my CIGNA account to find out they were not in my network. They also have a periodontist on staff who was rushed, rude, and unclear about whether i need surgery and basically spent 10 minutes with me for & 65 dollars. I also found out that a crown replacement was in timt allowance and they stated it was not.
Only go to this place if you dont care how much they lie to the customer.

I had a appointment on January 23,2013 to discuss implant surgery.
RDA was suppose to get x-rays from my dentist,I was told on the day of my appointment that they called for my x-rays but their office was closed on
Wednesdays.RDA had over a week to get my x-rays but waited to the last
day.
My next appointment on Feb 6 was a consultation to review the procedure and costs.I asked a question regarding the upper arch work price if,this
was a complete price start to finsh.RDA responce was yes..At home I compared RDA's price and treatment plan with another dental group and noticed RDA's treatment plan did not include bone grafts or sinus lifts.I called RDA to ask if they were necessary, the practice administrator asked the doctor,then called me to let me know that it would be an additional $1,300.00.
If you plan on having dental work here ask a lot of questions.
