They are always prepared for my appointment. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. However they are terrible with follow ups and make every attempt to add additional charges onto your visit. I had to look for their qualifications. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service elsewhere. The environment is comfortable and the woman at the front desk seems nice enough during initial visits but what this place lacks is honesty and it becomes obvious shortly after.
