The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and my son and they never take personal calls during our appointment. I appreciated Dr. Chauvin's commitment to wait while my son lost all of his baby teeth. He was not looking to "make a quick buck" but was thorough and patient and didn't rush into any unnecessary work. As a parent, it made me happy to know that he will assess my child's teeth at the correct time and in the right way. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The office is easy enough to find. Dr. Chauvin has a very nice way about him and the office team is friendly and welcoming.
