This is not the first time we have had issues with local dentists but after years of abuse by locals we are fed up with it. We had an appointment with Debbie Ashida's dental clinic in Chaparral today. We arrive and the place is jam packed full. Nowhere to sit. My son is handicapped and he cannot stand for hours on end. The waiting area is dirty, unsanitary. Look, people schedule appointments for a reason. It should not be a free-for-all where 50 people all arrive at 1:00 then have to wait for hours on end. Train your schedulers to schedule appointments with realistic times between them. Such as one client at 1:00, one at 1:30, etc. If you are going to cram 50 people into a 10 foot room then have adequate seating. Just because we are low income does not mean we are animals. This business gets an F- rating from me for poor treatment of clients I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was there was no person at the front desk.
