staff was knowledgeable helpful. They were able to answer most of my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on who never got back to them . It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Sometimes when I call I'm put on hold & have to wait a few minutes for them to get back to the call. (I ve had to wait longer at other places) Pretty impressed with their phone etiquette. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They did a great job following up w/ my husbands pre-approval for treatment and my daughters ortho. And my 4yr old loves the pediatric doctor. Bottom line-I would recommend this office.
