They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
