Had a new crown installed on one of my front teeth. He grinded the back side of my crown excessively making the backside concaved with a very sharp edge on my tooth. He also ground down some of my lower real teeth; which he shouldn't of had to since they were fine before. I complained and came back to have him to fix it; but he just made it worse by grinding the concave some more which exposed the metal. I expressed the sharp edge to him again; which he said he would fix but didn't.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time.
