My teeth cleaning was a bit painful, the former hygienist with blond curly hair was so much better and nicer.
Dr.Blagoev is a great dentist but I called on a Friday to cancel my husband's Monday appointment. I followed up on that Saturday, since I wanted to make sure they knew not to expect us and the DR picked up. She had the nerve to lecture me on how these cancelled appointments cost her money, I apologized to her even though I was very annoyed. Keep in mind that my husband and daughter and myself have been loyal clients for over 15 years! This was the first time we ever cancelled an appointment, so after being treated like this we will be finding a new dentist. It's a shame Dr. Blagoev cares more about $ than the relationship she shares with her patients.
