I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. The care I received was terrible. I was there to get my wisdom teeth pulled and they gave me a pain killer that I told them I was allergic too, then when I had to go back because of a dry socket they stitched it closed and stitched it to my cheeck. I couldn't open my mouth. They said it was my fault when I asked them about it, but that was after my mother-in-law had to cut the stitches so I could talk and eat.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
