I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

My partial dentures were pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle. Within 24 hours a tooth broke off. Very shoddy work. I will never recommend Lane & Associates in Lillington, NC. I am currently looking for a reputable dentist office.
