They office staff is polite and courteous. I have never been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. When we ran into a problem with the pre-surgery approval period, they worked hard to get issues with my physician worked out and continuoulsy followed-up with me until the issue was resolved. Excellent team!
