My wife and I were patients of Deeb and Fanning DDS PA until this week when I received a 90 DAY PAST DUE Bill for $71.00.
I call their office. I told the person answering the phone that I had been told at my last appointment that I was "all paid up". I asked what happened. I was told. "Accounting got behind and went searching through all accounts and found that you owed $71." I paid the $71 over the phone with my debit card, to save the 3% extra charge for using my credit card. I was told. "Ok, you are all paid up."
I then told the person on the phone to cancel our next appointments. We would not be returning to their business. She said OK. I hung up.
Today, my wife got a bill for $71 from Deeb and Fanning DDS PA.
These people are unprofessional, and devious. If you are a patient of theirs, watch them carefully. I have spoken to 2 dentists in North Myrtle Beach who both said they questioned the business plan of Deeb and Fanning DDS PA. I now understand what they meant.
