Made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned.The dental hygienist took X Rays of my mouth then proceeded to clean my teeth. She started making comments about how stained my teeth are and that I had gum disease. Tried telling me that i needed a deep cleaning. When i told her i only wanted a regular cleaning , she coped an attitude with me. she about drowned me with the water pick during cleaning. I was told I needed to come back to finish the cleaning. I made an appointment and the quickest i could get in was 2 months out. 2 months later I got my teeth cleaned and was told you're done and can leave. I received a bill That i owed $57.00 dollars. Insurance would not pay. I noticed on the bill my insurance got billed for the dentist exam. I never saw a dentist. No one went over my X Rays with me. Have no clue if I have any cavity's. When I refused to pay for the exam. I received a letter that I was going to be turned into a collection agency. Great customer service very caring office. That what I get for going to a dentist in a run down strip center.
