I went there as a new patient in Dec for an evaluation, while I was there I informed the dentist that I had a high tolerance to anesthetic.. When I went to get work done today I again informed them of my high tolerance. They gave me a topical anesthetic prior to injections and said it was a powerful one, when they gave me the next one with a needle it was extremely painful and I again informed them of my tolerance, and that I could still feel everything. At this point the dentist said "I cannot make dentistry painless and maybe I should just have all my teeth removed". I would not recommended the dentist but the staff were great in recommending another dentist.
