While drilling my back tooth, the drill slipped and hit my front two teeth, chipping them. They offered to file them down...AT MY EXPENSE! Ultimately denying they did any damage due to the xrays, which were taken BEFORE he started drilling, showing no chips on my front teeth. Obviously, I'm an idiot and didn't feel the drill hit my two front teeth, and I didn't notice that my teeth were chipped miraculously on their own after I left the dentist office. So, now I'm stuck...but I will never go back there again.

i have been to this office for or five times. the office staff are rude and unhelpful. i had an infected tooth that they kept bringing me in and giving me antiobiotics and then making am an appt 6 weeks out. by 6 weeks it would be infected again and more antiobiotics. i wound up loosing my tooth because they did not treat me promptly. every time i go there i think WOW i need to find another dentist. the dentist himself is rude ... he just blurts out rude comments and doesn't think about what hes saying. Clearly the staff follows suit. customer service is NOT a priority at all.
My final visit there i went with a broken filling on a root canal. the tooth should have been taken at an oral surgeon but instead they kept me AWAKE the tooth was deep and kept breaking off the DUG and DUG and DUG in my mouth WIDE AWAKE!! OMG it was a nightmare that has me afraid to go to the dentist to this day.....I will never go back to Dr Dustin Smith. His staff is rude and very entitled. they have no concept that their job only exists because if US the clients.....
