I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

followup care very poor. does not make sure patients are following directions. very hard to get an appointment to see him when emergency arises. office staff not caring or very well informed. I have had serveral overdoses of medicine because he or his staff would not answer questions and have ended up in emergency rooms and been hosptitalized.
