The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
