They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was very, very satisfied with my visit here. I got totally informed and the level of care was fantastic. I find it hard to believe that a patient was misdiagnosed by Dr. Salama like the other reviewer mentioned the patient must have failed to follow up if they were still having a problem. Common sense tells you if you have a chronic problem you need to go back to your doctor to have it investigated further, do not blame a doctor for your poor communication. I think this doctor and his staff are wonderful and helped me by diagnosing me with throat cancer Dr Salama saved my life THANK YOU DOCTOR
The end diagnosis he gave my mother was that she had acid reflux when actually she had a large tumor in her throat. She was dead with in a year. I blame him Dr. Salalma. Also it was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
