I would leave zero stars if it were an option. Called to inquire about services for a family member. After Mark told me how he was to be paid, he laughed at me (my family situation), told me "uh, I don't have time" and hung up on me. I'm grateful I witnessed this before any treatment was provided to my family member. He was incredibly rude, even when he knew that a colleague of his had referred me to him (which I'm sure will no longer be the case!). He's a psychiatrist who needs a psychiatrist... Unprofessional and pompous, I would not recommend this person have unsupervised time with minors, I hope my kids never treat anyone the way he treated me and would not trust him to help them in any way. Find someone else who is less concerned about being paid and more concerned about your family's mental health, that's what I'm going to do!

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
